A LinkedIn prospecting SaaS, designed and run end to end

Context: Sales teams spend hours figuring out who to contact, with no idea who is actually interested.
Build: Signado monitors LinkedIn continuously and spots companies expressing a need. Each prospect is scored against the ideal client, contact details are completed, a personalized message is prepared. ActivDev designed, built and runs the whole thing: product, subscriptions, hosting.

Result: An online product now on the market: prospecting starts from a qualified, automatically updated list instead of manual research.

An agentic AI system that reads, files and drafts contracts

Context: Years of contracts stored as scans: finding a price or a deadline meant re-reading documents one by one.
Build: Every incoming contract is read and classified automatically, and more than 20 key facts are extracted: parties, rights, pricing, deadlines. Amendments are matched to their original agreement. A web app then draws on that history to prepare new contracts: past pricing, usual clauses, flagged deviations.

Result: The whole contract base becomes searchable. Around 45 minutes of retyping per contract, down to a few minutes of review.

An AI agent for job interview practice

Context: Preparing seriously for an interview takes hours of research on the company, the role and the likely questions.
Build: An AI agent runs a tailored mock interview. It analyzes the job offer, the company's activity and the candidate's online profile, then adapts its questions to the answers given, from technical depth to project management.

Result: Realistic training, specific to each offer, instead of generic question lists.

02How much does a custom web application or software cost?

The initial diagnostic is a fixed price, announced before any commitment. You then receive a firm range for the build, which depends on scope: a simple internal tool does not cost the price of a full SaaS. No surprises along the way.

03How long until a first working version?

The diagnostic takes one week. A first version your teams can use is then delivered in 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope, with a demo every week during the build.

04Can you add AI to our existing tools (CRM, spreadsheets, inbox)?

Yes. Document analysis, content generation, automation of repetitive tasks, AI agents: we plug AI into the tools you already use, without rebuilding everything.

05Why build custom rather than buy an off-the-shelf tool?

If a 50 euro per month subscription does the job, we tell you during the diagnostic. Custom makes sense when the way you work does not fit generic tools: the tool adapts to your business, not the other way around.

06Who owns the source code?

You do, entirely. The source code is delivered with its documentation and all access. You can hand it to another team or bring it in-house at any time: no forced dependency on ActivDev.

07Who looks after the tool once it is live?

We do. ActivDev maintains, monitors and extends your tool as your needs change. And since you own the code, you remain free to take over whenever you want.

08Do you work remotely?

Yes. ActivDev is based in the Paris region and works remotely with clients in France and internationally. Progress reviews happen over video calls, with a demo of your tool every week.

09Do you work with agencies?

Yes. Marketing agencies, consulting firms, AI agencies: we build for your clients, discreetly. Your clients stay yours.
