To complete the development of ProMentorAI, we followed a rigorous and structured process that reflects our expertise in AI and automation:

  1. Identifying user needs
    We identified a critical need in the French market: to provide comprehensive, personalized job interview preparation using advanced artificial intelligence. This phase enabled us to define a unique approach combining CV analysis, interview simulation and detailed feedback.
  2. Design and development
    ProMentorAI has been designed to function as an advanced AI recruiter, capable of analyzing unstructured CVs, assessing technical and behavioral skills, and simulating realistic interviews using a dynamic and flexible framework. The platform has been optimized for :

    • Extract key information from CVs, regardless of their structure or format.
    • Analyze job descriptions to identify critical skills and requirements.
    • Adapt the tone of interviews (demanding or benevolent) to match user preferences.

Feedback Maintenance

  1. Optimizing the user experience
    By incorporating a detailed framework covering gap analysis, role-specific skills, salary expectations, cultural fit and long-term goals, ProMentorAI has enabled us to replicate a comprehensive and realistic interview experience. Each simulation is accompanied by immediate and constructive feedback with :

    • Strengths and weaknesses.
    • Scores for each section, based on specific criteria.
  2. Launch and validation
    ProMentorAI was tested with a rigorous interview framework comprising 4 to 7 dynamic questions per section, detailed user feedback, and scores to assess candidates' overall performance. The launch confirmed its effectiveness in providing quality professional preparation and making AI accessible to the general public.

ProMentorAI is more than just a powerful tool for preparing for job interviews: it's also an accessible solution, with a free version enabling users to answer 15 questions a month. This initiative aims to democratize access to quality interview preparation, offering candidates a realistic and constructive first experience.

Since its launch, ProMentorAI has helped many users build their confidence and identify their strengths and areas for improvement, with no up-front costs. Thanks to this free version, we've been able to reach a wide audience, proving that AI can be put to work for everyone, whatever their resources.
